RuXia:
Yesterday I couldn't find the emotional resources to come back to this thread, after the funeral. Like Mart said, the ceremony which included pictures & MANOWAR's music was so intense that it left Sorin & me emotionally worn out.

But I'm gald we were there. Our brother Joro had trevelled so many times to Bucharest, by bus, overnight, just to spend one single day with us. And he always acted as if he did no effort at all, he was so cheerful & smiling & happy to be with us. So, we felt we also need to make this journey & be there with him, with his wonderful parents - who welcomed us in their home on our very first time in Sofia, and also with his sister, Biliana, whom we only had the chance to meet now. I'm sad we didn't get to know her under happier circumstances, but I'm glad we know her afterall.

Biliana told me how touched the family was by all messages on Joro's FB wall. And she told me to keep on writing on his wall, and in the FB group that was formed, to share our thoughts, stories, pictures, because her & his parents will check them. She hope to remain in touch with all of his friends... I told her also about this thread, I'm sure Joro's family will reach it.

I was totally impressed with his family. His parents remebered us, even though we had only met once, two year ago. And they, in their turn, were impressed by how many loving friends Joro had...

Nothing more to say now, trying to regain balance, to cope with the thought that of us is no lomger here on Earth. Yes, he will always be in our hearts, but that doesn't make it any easier when I think of upcoming events, that he will no longer be part of, physically. First along this way is my birthday - last year I shared it with Joro & Alex...This year, it's going to be hard, thinking of it hurts now...

Alex, my dear brother, although now I don't see the key to this, I hope we find resources to turn our anniviersaries, into positive memories. Be strong, this is hard time for many of us, but being the family that we are, we'll get through it!

NEmetalboss:
This is bad news; a brother who we've lost; his life is gone but his honor never died...A manowarrior lost is a true tragedy; we all show our respects to our brother and let's never forget him.

gavowar:
I'm new to the House Of Death, so I didn't know of this fallen brother until I saw this thread just now. I just read through it and I would like to pay my respects to our brother who now takes his deserved place in Valhalla's Great Hall. Also, this thread shows how and why Manowar fans are the best people in the world.

Still brave, beyond the grave.

I had a dream of Joro last night :)
We were standing (with someone else I can't remember) before a hall (concert hall probably) to wait for Joro. The event was about to begin and the people were inside but Joro was delaying. Finally he came - he decided to come by foot, cause it's more healthy. He looked tired but he was smiling :)

pestifer:
What the F***? Is this really true...
How? Why?

Thunar:
At Kavarna the morning after night one of Kaliakra Rock Fest 2008

Day 2 of MCF 2008. I camped with the Bulgarian guys and had a blast. Joro was pretty happy with his meal but felt the need to add a strawberry to the stick :)

This was a flag pole we made for the Bulgarian and Aussie flags. We wondered if those had ever been flown together before and talked about it at great length.

DD:
Thanks for sharing these beautiful photos, Steve! They bring us back to the wonderful times we've shared with Spirit and it feels better.

Thunar:
I am honoured to provide memories of these great times. And honoured to have met all the wonderful people I have met.

Steve.

roxane:
I never met Joro. But I read this thread, and so I'm sure he was a great friend for you all. He was and still is part of the family. I'm with you all in that hard moment, and I'm sure he reached Valhalla, waiting for us beside Odin.
All my respect to our brother who never yielded.
Great spirit never dies.

Thank you Alex...

Eden:
thanks for the pic alex..

RuXia:
@ Alex: thanks for the pic. I've seen the words on the ribbon while being at the funeral, and I thought how true friendship is beyond life & death...

Milésio:
Thank you for that Alex.

carmen:
Thanks Alex.
