Goddam.... i havent been here in so long i didnt even hear :(..... i remember i had an interesting chat with him back in 05, earthshaker fan convention i think.... very very sad news hes gone. Rest in Peace Brother. The gods will look after you now. My thoughts go out to his close friends and family.

Yesterday it was the 40th day of Joro's passing. In Christian orthodox countries like Bulgaria (I'm not sure about other countries) it is marked with ceremony with a priest and people are gathered together to eat, drink and talk in memory of the fallen one. The ceremony was nice and touching, there were talks, pictures, Manowar music...I think we somehow managed to show some support to Joro's parents in this terrible moment...I'll say no more, I'm too exhausted emotionally right now :(

I understand how emotionally drained you feel...but I'm glad you were able to be at the ceremony & be there, in the memory of our fallen brother & in support of his wonderful family. Pls send them greets & wishes of strength from me & Sorin, when you speak to them again.

actually we spent more than 12 hours together on that day :) and on the next day we gathered again with the friends (unfortunately alex had to work) just talking, talking, talking...
I think we made the right thing to honor his memory....
we also gave Joro's parents tickets for the sonisphere, because they want to see manowar... so they will be there.

I was thinking the same today...yeah, it's nice day, since my true sister and friend (Ruxia) and my true brother and friend (Spiros) have birthday and also we were celebrating the birthday of my grandmother today (her BD was 4 days ago, she became 80), but somehow all the memories come back to you...last summer on this day we were together at Kremy's place having great time and celebrating together (Ruxia's, Joro's and mine birthday), and next day we were at my place...and now....
life is weird thing...sometimes too cruel, damnit!

All the best to your grenny Alex, hope she stays healthy for many years to come. Yes, lif ecan be cruel, my thoughts have also been full of recollection's of last year's day & I couldn't help the tears in my eyes the first time this thought occured to me.

Today should have been Joro's 32nd birthday...he is immortal now
(it's somehow weird to see birthday wishes on his facebook wall now...some people still don't know he is...gone...this brings me some contradictory feelings)

I have a ticket and i think you all know to who i will dedicate this concert........
Today I passed by his house on my way and damn, it is still so hard to accept what happened... I miss you, my friend :-/ :-/ :-/
